Gender-diverse stock photos for better representation

Seeing yourself represented authentically in marketing is so important. So when it comes to including trans and non-binary representation for your audience, check out  Gender Spectrum. I can’t put it any better than their welcome message:

“The Gender Spectrum Collection is a stock photo library featuring images of trans and non-binary models that go beyond the clichés. This collection aims to help media better represent members of these communities as people not necessarily defined by their gender identities—people with careers, relationships, talents, passions, and home lives.”

My question to you: Where do you see opportunities to update visuals on your website, socials, and newsletter content so that all may feel welcomed to work with you?

2.
A thoughtful, intentional newsletter to help you deepen your business goals

Ideas to Power Your Future is one of my favourite marketing and growth newsletters. Author Adriana Tica has helped my business over the years with copywriting and collaboration. And her newsletter is another way to access her genius.

Learn real growth, not hacks! Build a sustainable, future-proof business in 10 minutes or less per week. Get weekly strategy advice, in-depth trend analyses, and ideas to help you build a resilient business. No bro marketing, I promise!

My question to you: Have you reached out to your support system recently to see if they have an offer or project they want amplified? Sometimes we get so stuck in our own work that we forget to share the good that others are putting out into the world.

20 LinkedIn Tips Worth Saving

Imma talk about an Instagram post about LinkedIn. How I love the internet. And I also love Lea Turner, also known as “Lea Does LinkedIn”.  Her 20 tips to squeeze more out of LinkedIn are a great foundation in terms of profile setup, settings tweaks, and what to post.

Even if you think you’ve got LinkedIn down pat, I recommend you skim through this. I couldn’t believe I had forgotten to do #4!

My question to you: What expertise do you offer that could be turned into 10 or 20 “tips”? This content format is very quick to write and even easier to sprinkle across different marketing channels.

9 common copywriting mistakes (and how to quickly fix them)

A solid article has engaging content, a video, or visual examples. In this case, we have all 3! The title, 9 Common Copy Mistakes (and How to Quickly Fix Them) says it all. Also, I find this article helpful and clear, in case you are worried it’s gonna be one of those “you did it WRONG” types of reads.

Mistake #5 is especially important to pay attention to if you are looking to improve SEO and conversion. Mistake #9 is a must-read if you find it hard to write a newsletter consistently.

My question to you: What wrong turns have your ideal audience taken, and what kinds of content could you create to help steer them back on course?
